These terms apply once you apply for and are accepted into our free website program. By applying, you agree to these terms.
We accept applications in the order they arrive. Applying is free and does not guarantee acceptance. Once you are accepted, we design and build your website at no charge, and your site launches within 2 days.
From that point, a flat monthly hosting fee of £17.99 applies, billed month to month. There is no minimum term and no setup fee.
Hosting is billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time; there is no contract and no cancellation fee.
If payment lapses, we may suspend or remove your site from our hosting until the account is brought up to date.
Your site content lives in simple text files in a GitHub repository we set up for you. You are welcome to edit it yourself at any time, or email support@justpayhosting.co.uk and we will make the change for you as part of your monthly plan.
Small text and image updates are covered by your hosting fee. Larger changes, such as new pages or a redesign, are quoted and agreed separately before any work starts.
You own your business content: your text, images, logo, and brand. You own the website we build for you, and you are free to take your content and leave at any time if you cancel.
We retain ownership of our own internal tools, templates, and any reusable code not built specifically for you.
You are responsible for the content and legality of what is published on your site. We reserve the right to suspend hosting for content that is illegal, harmful, or breaches a third party's rights.
We target 99.9% uptime for hosted sites. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, but if we fall short of that target we will work with you to make it right. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will let existing customers know by email.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
